Tne anniversary, two distinctive Vespas
Both anniversary models use the exclusive pastel Verde 80th colour, complemented by a carefully judged mix of satin chrome, gloss and matt finishes. Solid-colour wheel rims reinterpret a feature associated with early Vespas, while dedicated badging includes an 80th plate on the front shield and an "80 years of Vespa Est. 1946" emblem at the rear.
The shared treatment gives the two scooters a clear family resemblance, but they suit different types of rider. The Primavera is the compact 125cc choice; the GTS is the larger, more powerful 310cc option.
The Primavera 125 80th is powered by a 124cc Euro 5+ i-get engine producing a claimed 8.1 kW (11 HP) at 8,000 rpm and 10.7 Nm at 6,250 rpm. Its compact steel body and 12-inch wheels preserve the light, agile character for which the Primavera is known.
The anniversary edition combines that classic shape with a full-colour LCD display, keyless operation, a USB port and Bike Finder. Scootech also lists Vespa MIA smartphone connectivity as standard on this edition. For riders looking for a stylish 125 for urban journeys, it is the more accessible of the two anniversary models, subject to the rider holding the correct licence.
The GTS 310 80th takes the same anniversary theme into Vespa's larger-format range. Its 310cc Euro 5+ HPE engine produces a claimed 18.4 kW (25 HP) at 6,500 rpm and 28.9 Nm at 5,250 rpm.
The GTS adds a 5-inch TFT dashboard with dedicated graphics, Vespa MIA connectivity, keyless operation, remote seat opening, Bike Finder and a USB port. Disc brakes on both wheels, dual-channel ABS and ASR traction control are also part of the specification.
Which 80th model is right for you?
Choose the Primavera 125 80th if compact dimensions, 125cc accessibility and an easy urban character are the priorities. Choose the GTS 310 80th if you want the presence, performance and equipment of the larger Vespa platform.
Whichever model appeals, the anniversary detailing is more than a colour change: it links two current scooters to eight decades of Vespa design. Contact Scootech to confirm current availability and to discuss which version best fits your journeys and licence.
